ANEMIA: Retic Count - PBS - Normocytic/Mircocytic/Macrocytic : - 2/2 - Symptomatic/Asymptomatic - Further work up based on type of anemia - always consider the possibility of Mixed Anemia; Rx:   SO, thought process for generating DDx for anemia should be 1) If BM is doing its job correctly, is it hemolysis or hemorrhage? 2) If BM is not doing its job correctly, is it hypo-proliferative vs maturation disorder? 3) Could it be mixed?
